Terms of Use |
| TERMS: | Net 30 days from date of invoice to all pre-credit approved accounts. Advance payment with order is required for all others. No COD shipments. A service charge of 1 1/2 percent per month (18% per annum) will be added to all past due invoices. |
| MINIMUM ORDER: | There will be a $5.00 service charge for all orders under $100.00. |
| BACK ORDERS: | Whitaker Industries DOES NOT backorder any product not shipped. Those products must be added to the customer's next order. |
| DROP SHIPMENTS: | These shipments can be made directly to your customer with only your name appearing as the shipper. Credit must be established by your company with the selected freight line. All drop shipment freight bills will be sent by freight carrier directly to your company for payment. |
| FREIGHT: | All shipments are FOB our warehouse. |
| PRODUCT RETURN: | Should it become necessary to return merchandise, prior written approval must be obtained. No returns will be accepted without our prior approval. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after one year. Items must be in original, unopened containers. Private labeled products are not eligible for returns. The distributor is responsible for all freight charges. |
| BULK PACKAGING: | Bulk shipments are available in totes and tankers. Call Whitaker Industries for quotations. |
| SAMPLES: | Samples will be issued to customers at our discretion. A charge may be assessed to the distributors for multiple samples. Samples are for distributor's testing and evaluation only. |
| WARRANTY: | All products are warranted for one year. Claims must be made within 12 months of invoice. Merchandise shall be available for our inspection at distributor's premises. Prior to return, authorization must be issued by Whitaker Industries in writing. Our liability is limited to the invoice price of goods sold.
The manufacturer neither makes nor authorizes any agent or representative to make any other warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness, use or application of our products. The preceding applies whether or not specific recommendations were made or followed. |
