Aquatreat 100
- Is a concentrated detergent formulation that quickly purges oil, grease
and other soils from new boilers and piping. This powerful alkaline
formula emulsifies heavy oil and grease commonly found when new boilers
are installed. Prevents start-up surging. Neutralizes acidic residue
on contact and may be used to neutralize a system after descaling. Does
not require premixing. Aquatreat 105
- A highly concentrated non-foaming, non-chlorinated alkali based cleaner
used to rapidly and effectively remove paint, rust, grease, buffing
compounds, carbonized deposits, silica and many other materials from
ferrous and steel metal surfaces. Aquatreat 110
- A non-phosphate detergent degreaser. Aquatreat 110 is a concentrated
alkaline, water softening detergent specially designed for degreasing
and cleaning boilers and for neutralizing the chemical residue after
boiler descaling. Aquatreat 200
- A balanced liquid boiler water treatment for hot water boilers and
closed systems. Prevents scale from forming an insulating barrier. Keep
solids in suspension to be eliminated by blowing down the system. Special
inhibitors protect system against rusting, pitting and corrosion. Aquatreat 205
- A concentrated balanced boiler compound for treatment of water boilers
and closed systems operating at pressures of less than 900 psi. It contains
chelating agents, phosphate, dispersants, nitrite and other corrosion
inhibitors. Aquatreat 300
- A highly concentrated liquid boiler and steam line treatment. It protects
steam boiler and lines against scale buildup, corrosion, and pitting.
Eliminates oxygen and neutralizes carbon dioxide throughout the system
preventing general pitting that damages steam line walls, steam traps
and fittings. Maintains boiler efficiency by stopping scale build-up
on heat transfer tubes. Aquatreat 400
- Is a highly alkaline liquid concentrated corrosion
and scale preventative treatment designed to be used in portable boilers
found in the oil industry. This special blend prevents scaling by suspending
solids, while effective inhibitors protect the system from corrosion.
As this product will not freeze, storage is not a problem. Aquatreat 410
- A concentrated scale and corrosion preventative boiler water compound,
formulated specifically for use in the oil patch. It is a non-freezable,
highly alkaline solution containing corrosion inhibitors and dispersants. Aquatreat 450
- A powder boiler water compound designed for the
treatment of portable oilfield boilers. Protects systems from scaling
and corrosion. Aquatreat 505
- Is a liquid oxygen scavenger treatment. This
product eliminates oxygen corrosion by removing the oxygen before it
attacks the system. Used properly, it effectively prevents pitting and
corrosion, ensuring the life and performance of the system. Aquatreat 600
- A sanitizer, microbide, bactericide and fungicide for use in cooling
towers. Simply add to water injection systems to control a wide variety
of microorganisms. May also be used for petroleum downhole applications. Aquatreat 700
- Is a concentrated corrosion and scale preventative treatment designed
for use in cooling towers and condenser feed water. Produces a monomolecular
film that protects against generalized corrosion. Protects against scaling
by distorting the scale crystals before they can attach firmly to metal
surfaces. Aquatreat 800
- A mixture of a dispersant blend, corrosion inhibitor and neutralizing
amines which provide a complete steam boiler treatment. For use in systems
that have a very high rate of returned steam condensate and have few
requirements for additional raw feedwater. Aquatreat 1000
- Is a specially formulated acid cleaner for use in descaling boilers
and cooling towers. A combination of surfactants, acids, inhibitors
and penetrants provide excellent results for light or heavy descaling
jobs. The special inhibitors permit use on iron and steel components
